jitaacee Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on jitaacee, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms:

By accessing jitaacee or completing the account registration process, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the jitaacee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and jitaacee.

If you are accessing jitaacee on behalf of another person, or if you allow another person to use your registered account, you accept responsibility for ensuring that any such person is also aware of and compliant with these Terms & Conditions. jitaacee does not recognise proxy registrations, shared accounts, or the transfer of account ownership under any circumstances.

jitaacee reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where material changes affecting Player rights are involved, in which case reasonable notice will be provided by email to the registered account address. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional or bonus-specific terms communicated in conjunction with a specific offer, the promotional terms shall take precedence only in respect of the specific offer in question. For all other matters, these Terms & Conditions shall govern.

jitaacee is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, bet, or promotional activity on jitaacee. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied for a jitaacee account to remain in good standing:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at any point when asked to provide documentation for KYC verification.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time you place a wager or access any game on jitaacee.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jitaacee, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless specific written exemption has been granted by jitaacee management.
5. You must not be self-excluded from jitaacee or any affiliated platform, nor be subject to a court-ordered gambling restriction.

jitaacee may at any time request documentary evidence to verify a Player's age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restriction, suspension of withdrawal rights, or permanent account closure. Any funds deposited prior to successful age verification may be returned to the original payment method minus any processing fees incurred.

To access real-money games, place bets, or make deposits and withdrawals on jitaacee, you must complete the full account registration process. Registration requires you to provide a valid mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk), a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jitaacee. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jitaacee reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any promotional balances, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes. jitaacee will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account while your credentials are active — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained your credentials — remains your sole responsibility.

Two-Factor Authentication: jitaacee employs SMS OTP two-factor authentication on all accounts. An OTP code is required at login and for certain sensitive account actions including withdrawal requests and password changes. OTP codes expire within five minutes of generation and may only be used once. If you do not receive your OTP within 60 seconds, you may request a resend via the login screen.

Account Information Updates: You must keep your registered contact information current. If your registered mobile number changes, you must contact jitaacee support immediately to update your account before your next login attempt. jitaacee accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from failure to maintain accurate account information.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. jitaacee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, up to a maximum of the total balance held. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed without further notice.

jitaacee supports a range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on jitaacee is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above ৳100,000 may be subject to additional verification checks in accordance with jitaacee's anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

Deposit Processing: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to the jitaacee account balance instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes. jitaacee does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the account balance without fee.

Withdrawal Processing: jitaacee targets a 15-minute processing window for bKash and Nagad withdrawals once the withdrawal request has been approved. All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard review process. Withdrawals submitted while a KYC verification review is pending will be placed on hold until verification is complete. jitaacee reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly first-time large withdrawals or withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for a deposit.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Players against payment fraud. Exceptions may be granted at jitaacee's discretion upon submission of satisfactory supporting documentation.

Currency: jitaacee does not perform currency conversions. All transactions occur in BDT. Any currency conversion occurring on your payment provider's side (for example, a Visa card denominated in a foreign currency) is subject to that provider's exchange rates and fees, over which jitaacee has no control.

Anti-Money Laundering: jitaacee is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. jitaacee monitors all financial transactions and reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

jitaacee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

Welcome Bonus: New Players who make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for jitaacee's welcome bonus, which provides a 100% match on the first deposit amount up to a maximum bonus of ৳20,000. The bonus is credited to the account's Bonus Balance instantly upon deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by jitaacee are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus requires ৳150,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; unused bonus amounts expire at the end of this period.

Eligible Games: Not all games on jitaacee contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Online Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements
• Live Casino Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Teen Patti / Andar Bahar: 10% contribution
• Crash Games (Aviator, JetX): 20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 20% contribution
• Virtual Sports: 30% contribution
• Progressive Jackpot Slots: 0% contribution

Bonus Abuse: jitaacee monitors all bonus-related wagering activity. Any Player found to be engaging in low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across both outcomes of the same event, placing the minimum possible qualifying bet on zero-contribution game categories, or using automated play methods — may have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and account suspended pending review.

Reload and Ongoing Promotions: From time to time, jitaacee offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins awards, and tournament prize pools to existing Players. All such promotions are subject to availability, are offered at jitaacee's sole discretion, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for the discontinuation of any ongoing promotion.

Maximum Winnings from Bonus Funds: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of play on bonus funds is ৳100,000 per bonus campaign. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the withdrawal amount before processing.

All games available on jitaacee are supplied by third-party game studios whose titles are independently certified for fairness using audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG certification ensures that every spin, card draw, dice roll, or other random event is genuinely unpredictable and cannot be influenced by jitaacee, the game studio, or any Player.

Game Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game round, jitaacee's policy is as follows: if the malfunction prevents a game from completing a round that was already in progress with a real-money stake, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. No winnings will be paid out for a round that did not complete successfully due to a technical error. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all game titles on jitaacee.

Sports Betting Rules: All sports bets placed on jitaacee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. Key general sports betting rules include: bets placed after the scheduled start time of an event may be voided at jitaacee's discretion; in the event of an event being postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with jitaacee's standard settlement rules for the relevant sport (available on the sports betting section of the platform); palpably incorrect odds (for example, odds entered in error by the trading team) may be voided and stakes returned, regardless of the outcome of the event.

Return to Player (RTP): jitaacee publishes the theoretical RTP percentage for all slot titles in the game information screen accessible from within each game. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any specific return on any individual session. Actual returns on any session may be higher or lower than the published RTP figure.

Prohibited Play Behaviours: The following behaviours are prohibited on jitaacee and may result in account suspension, bet cancellation, and forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of any software, script, bot, or automated tool to place bets or interact with game interfaces
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an advantage
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms specifically to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome
• Systematic exploitation of live dealer dealing patterns or shuffle sequences
• Any form of chip-dumping in poker or live table game scenarios

jitaacee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if jitaacee has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false or misleading information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your jitaacee account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure rather than as a general withdrawal from the platform, jitaacee strongly recommends using the self-exclusion tool available in account settings. Self-exclusion may be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any marketing communications from jitaacee. Operator-Initiated Closure: In cases where jitaacee closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the disposition of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, underage access, or the provision of materially false information, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and, if appropriate, returned to the original deposit source or reported to the relevant authorities. Where the closure is for a lesser breach, jitaacee will use reasonable efforts to return the real-money balance to the registered payment method within 10 business days.

Right of Appeal: If your account has been suspended or closed by jitaacee and you believe this decision was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to the jitaacee support team. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the account action and must include a clear statement of the grounds for the appeal together with any supporting documentation. jitaacee will respond to all appeals within 14 business days. The decision reached on appeal is final.

Effect of Termination: Upon the closure or termination of a jitaacee account for any reason, all licences and permissions granted to the account holder to use the jitaacee platform immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to sections relating to dispute resolution, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and data retention — shall continue in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitaacee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. jitaacee's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jitaacee operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jitaacee's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
